Where’s my order?
You’ll get a shipping confirmation email with tracking info once your order ships. Can’t find it? Check your spam folder. Still no luck? Reach out to us at contact@tremuchi.com.
Can I return or exchange a plate if something’s wrong?
We want you to love your plate. If something’s off, let us know within 7 days with a photo and we’ll make it right. Just email contact@tremuchi.com.
Are Tremuchi products dishwasher and microwave safe?
Yes—our plates are made for everyday use and are both dishwasher and microwave safe. Just be sure to check the product page for any specific details. (And don’t put metal tableware in the microwave!)
Why are some designs no longer available?
Once a plate sells out, it’s gone for good. We don’t restock past designs—that’s part of the fun.
How much is shipping?
Shipping costs vary depending on your location and order. You’ll see the final rate at checkout.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship across the U.S. Orders placed Monday or earlier will typically ship within 2–3 business days.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to update or cancel an order, email us at contact@tremuchi.com as soon as possible. Once it’s been fulfilled, we may not be able to make changes.
