All orders are shipped via UPS®. Order processing may take up to 7 days. You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) for store credit, a refund, or an exchange. Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery, and items should be in new, unworn condition and in the original packaging.

For orders placed with free shipping due to promotional offers, any return and refund will be processed minus Tremuchi's original shipping costs. This amount will be deducted from the refunded item(s) price.
